Whotter insisted on bringing his goldfish to the Book Club. |
Yesterday Whotter must have run into a big Second Life presenter and film maker at his Fish & Chips stand, because he returned home with an unusual gift: a tiny pink Cthulhu avatar. He insisted that we'd visit the book club that night.

The Book Club meeting was nice: it was supposed to be about horror stories, but since the author that was to be here that night couldn't make it, we had a discussion between 3 people on the stage and the audience: about books, 'The Great American Novel' racism and other subjects. Needless to say Whotter, who wanted us to come so badly, was the one that got bored within minutes. I had to get him to sit next to me to stay, somewhat, quiet.

This is the panel, with Con Sweeney and Lovejoolz next to Draxtor Despres. | | |
It was a nice evening and I even managed to get some reading done myself: in the
book with blank pages I had picked up years ago. I also managed to point the presenter to a
nice article, written by an autistic stripper, when the topic went to autism and how people with autism have to learn specifically how to deal with some everyday life situations.
