A home in Bordello Alley

There's a new girl in town, her name is Roxie and she is a very lucky girl. Suzi helped her to set up her own little place, with a window to sit at, at Bordello Alley, one of the more popular little streets, where it always used to be hard to find a rental.

Bordello Alley is named after the Home Sweet Home Bordello, which used to stand beside it. You may remember I also used to work at the bordello and wrote some blogs about it, the first one probably being this post from 2011: http://tsaicheng.blogspot.nl/2011/06/hot-days-for-streetgirl.html

The bordello was also home to some notorious parties, like the infamous Gang Bang Party of 9 March 2012, where hardly anyone showed up...

Those early years, around 2011 or so, were of course the prime for the bordello, which closed it's doors sometime in 2014. I can't find a blogpost that refers to it's closure. I probably have made a picture or two on the subject too. I may look it up soon.

Nowadays the name of the Home Sweet Home Bordello lingers on in one of the smaller and more notorious alleys at Street Whores - Town Square, where you can run into veteran whores like Melanie or Katherine, real slags who have been around and know what they are doing.

A talk with Sita

One of the nice things about my job is the opportunity to interact with colleages. Sita Delvalle is the owner of the Home Sweet Home Bordello and a trusted friend for about 2 years now. Every now and then we chat for a while. About all sorts of things, but often business: the bordello, lag, clients, tyre kickers, zombies standing around in the sim, wankers and whatever else comes up.

There have been some changes at my workplace. Unlike a common city it is much easier to change the layout and move a number of housing blocks around. This is exactly what happened when the neighbourhood's owner, Suzi Ah, came back inworld.
One of the things that moved is the teleport routing point. If you're not familiar with Secondlife this may say little to you, but in-world this is the spot for a parcel where all people come in, from a search or a teleport using the world map. Naturally, this tends to also be the spot where almost all of us street hookers hang out to welcome new guests.

The new teleport routing point happens to be next to the Home Sweet Home Bordello, where I've been on the staff list for a couple of years now. This is nice, as it may help to bring some more people into the bordello. This is what I'm kind of tryng at the moment by hanging at the front door.
