Steph asked me two days ago. She had talked with Bojana and they somehow seemed to agree I would be suited to recruit as an extra manager. I was flattered and after giving it some thought I agreed.
The big bosses, Suzi and Rachael, also seemed to agree with it. Suzi reminded me that they had not asked me for years since I once had told her that I would not want that kind of responsibility. I remembered that as well. My new insight is though, that I think I will be able to handle it. I will just take it easy and I won't start to ban the competition straight away. I promised that.
