Housekeeping

In my previous post I mentioned the renter of the shop below my house, who used the billboard of his shop to plaster over my window. I figured that, given his reaction to my simple question, he'd come back the next day with some new exploit.

bad shopkeeper abusing his welcome and his ADN resell package

That turned out to be the case: this time he actually turned out to be capable to put the billboard on it's correct location, but he had just decided to extend the back wall to his shop, blocking the path to my front door.
For some people warnings are useless, so this time I banned him from Street Whores and returned the entire contents of his shop.

Stephanie had bigger problems at her home

But my housekeeping issues were minor compared to my friend Stephanie's. I could simply solve them by returning items, she had her items returned by a sim management that had misread it's instructions by the landlord: Fanci Deep was going to remodel and 3 of the 4 sims would not be solely dedicated to mermaids anymore. Much of Stephanie's items were returned. She worked hard, all sunday and part of monday (the day I am writing this) even, to repair most of the damage.

Stephanie's place

When I visited her again, later that day, she had progressed greatly. She's a fast builder for sure... It no longer looked like the site of a World War 2 air raid, but again like a sunken Atlantis on the floor of ... Blake Sea? Well.. It is in the Blake Sea area.

Meanwhile, I received news that one of the Street Whores' owners had allowed herself to be manipulated by the abusive renter, who had (predictably) sent a notecard behind my back, into lifting his ban, putting 'the issue up for debate'. My friend, one of the other owners just shook her head at action and sent a 'compromise' to the management group. We'll see. No infighting in our team over an asshat. I blocked him for now.
