There are many ways a creative whore can make money. That was shown again last weekend by two of the girls at Street Whores.
A regular visitor who likes to play guessing games and tips generously in the process had mentioned his palm trees before, so before he was expected to appear for his weekly visit, a large coconut palm was bought by them and erected in the square. Every minute or so a coconut would fall from it.
Of course it didn't take long before an otter fell from the tree as well. I scolded him for climbing the other's posessions but Whotter didn't pay much attention to me. He liked the coconuts too much himself...

Whotter walked around the entire block
"There you are!"
"You walked the entire block?"
Whotter nods
"You're too small for hiring whores, little fellow"
"Fish it is"
"Fish and chips."

Whotter and Fräulein
Whotter still needs to get used to my siamese kitten, Fräulein. He is probably just a bit jealous that he is not the only small guy in the house anymore. A bit childish of course, but I can't expect too much of my son at his age. He has to learn to get along with animals, it will teach him to deal with responsibility.
Having them both follow me around can be a bit exhausting though, especially as Fräulein behaves like a true siamese that won't leave me alone for a single moment, 'talking' to me at any occasion, and Whotter goes around with this sad, complaining look at his face.
Try to get some work done like that!

How I got myself a little siamese cat
There have been lots of cats around Street Whores - Town Square lately. I am not sure where they all come from. They are especially roaming the area near where the owners Suzi, Rachael and Bojana live, which may suggest they don't clean as well as you'd like them too and their houses are infested with mice as well.
Some of them are rather cute though, so I decided it would actually be nice to have a cat of my own around the house.
At first I thought to just go to the asylum and get a black cat. Black cats are known to be left, as people think they are a bit scary. Or even because they are still superticious about them. There is even a special 'Black Cat Appreciation Day' to bring attention to the adoption issues surrounding black cats.
But then I saw the black cat in our streets sitting nearby a skull. It was an outright creepy sight and I decided to just get myself a nice homely little thing: a siamese...
Whotter seems confused at Fräulein's appearance in our household. I might have to explain him that in this case she is not my daughter but my pet. Or is he just jealous? I am not sure. Why did he never learn more than four words, dammit, this is so inconvenient.
Fräulein, on the other hand, seems to like Whotter. But maybe she also just thinks him interesting because he often carries fishbones around in his mouth...

Whotter begging for fish
This is just to give you an idea of what Steph and I are going through every single day.
Whotter, my little son (yes I know, Stephanie thinks it is her son, but she just took him...) keeps on begging for fish. All the time. Ever since Steph decided to open a fish cart this has been going on.
Before he used to quietly eat from the trashcans and the garbage bags when he was hungry, now he is tailing us for fish when we try to work hard and collect the money that pays for his diapers.
And guess what? He doesn't wear any diapers, so you can see what the effect on us is...

My baby was wearing his first box today
One of the funniest habits new residents display in Secondlife is wearing boxes. You often see some newbee who buys an item, a dress, or some piece of clothing, and then proceeds to wear the box, instead of unpacking it and taking his clothes out.
Today, my little boy Whotter did this too. For the first time. I consider this a milestone in the development of kids in Secondlife, even when they are little critters, like my baby otter. Of course Stephanie, who has made herself into his adopted mother and claims him most of the time, thought this very funny too.
When he finally succeeded to unpack his box, that he must have found or stolen somewhere since he has no money of his own, we saw what it was all about: within no time he had these fishbones hanging from his beak. Whotter finally got to collect his own food!
Good kid, still wonder where he got it though.
