World Cup on heels

"If you can't beat them, join them!" she said and erected a set of goal posts in the street. No one was really doing much with Chris' football setup though. She said a few men had walked by, ignoring it. 2 girls kicked against the ball a few times.

I tried it too, but it was kind of hard to kick against a football while wearing heels...

Whotter visits SL16B

Whotter sent me a couple of snapshots today. Apparently he has been hanging out at SL16B, probably looking for fish out there. There seems to be a big pond in the middle of the festival regions.

This is the People Stage, where the music events seem place. It was a quiet time of day I suppose, with all the Americans asleep and the Europeans working. Whotter got his fish already though...

Then I got a photo from Athen Shire, with Whotter riding the tiny balloon bus/acorn. Apparently this tiny community region is part of SL16B though it is not on the official festival grounds.

This neo-modernist building houses the Bellisseria Community expo at the SL16B regions.

And no, this little critter is not eating fish...

"We die for your sins"

I ran into Chris and she was dressed in quite the unusual Easter outfit. She said:

 "We die for your sins"

We die for your sins

"This is a protest against Christian policy makers and extremists who make the life of sex workers all over the world more dangerous. By criminalising us, our clients, by stigmatising and marginalising us, they contribute to killing us."

Good dog, bad dog

I've mentioned dogs walking around in our town previously. As in any neighbourhood where the trash is sometimes on the street rather than in the bin, stray dogs are abound.

Good dog, Bad dog

Many of the girls don't like them much and while there are good dogs, like our street musician, some of the others are frowned upon for their roleplay. Some may be rather harmless and just want to be walked and petted, others may walk with huge dog cocks out: like the one that visited us yesterday.

Sandi was standing with me and Meli and was vocal of her disapproval of the dog, upon which the animal started to follow her around and pushed het avatar a few times. In the end, Meli and I just warned the creature. Next time this happens he will be ejected.

Ladies Night Out

Girls wanna have fun, right?

Ladies Night Out

We can't rely on the punters for entertainment of course. That's why we used to have a Ladies Night Out every now and then. There hasn't been one in a while, but for today, at 7AM PDT Stephanie has one planned, starting in the Wirtz region from the Meat Market. From the looks of it we are going to crash a glider plane...

I hope it's insured. Probably not...

Graffiti on the doors

"We're going to spray paint Elvi's door," Stephanie said. That seemed like a good idea, so soon we were standing in front of her house. Elvira was inside, but clearly AFK (away from keyboard that is...). Soon enough the word 'fish' appeared on her door. Well... look around at the garbage in the street, it often smells a bit like fish here.

Then we proceeded with Mel's door. We wondered if she'd get grumpy at us making graffiti on her door, or if she would not even notice it.
Whotter appeared. We weren't sure if he could actually read a most inspiring word on Mel's door, or if our presence and an empty stomach led him to us. But he did say the word:

"Fish!"
