Two days ago I was asked to look at a 'secret project' by the owners of Street Whores - Town Square. It had been considered an issue for a while that there were men teleporting out again before the girls around them had rezzed. Also, most of the place was never in use much by the girls to hang out and pick up men, apart from the main square in front of the pub.
So they had deviced something new: people entering the town would first end up in a little box where they could choose between several spots in town to go to. This would reduce the rezz times and make everyone's experience a bit better. The town would be slightly more realistic too.

One of the owners was a bit disappointed by the initial results still, as the majority of girls was still hanging at the main square, but I was more hopeful. It was obvious there were people rezzing at other places in the region and now walking (some even running) to the main square, but not all of them: a few small groups of prostitutes had formed in other spots, 2 or 3 girls were sitting behind their red light windows and there were some people walking around. The whole place looked a lot more dynamic to me already.

I think the system might need a bit more tweaking, the girls might need to get used to it and discover that there are alternatives within town for hanging out and the punters may have to regain the ability to walk... But I think it might work fine.
